Can't roll a joint worth a shit? Can you do a better job with your feet? Well, no more. Make you a Russian Roller and the hard part is over!

• A cigarette (preferably filtered)

• Use a pin or piece of wire and pick out the tobacco from a cigarette.
• Next fill it with your favorite herbs.
• Cut off the filter with a razor blade or sharp knife.
• Hit it and forgit it!

  OR BETTER STILL . . .

• Go to your local drug store or tobacco store and pick you up a box of cigarette tubes (about $2-$3)
• Also buy a cigarette making machine. Get one of the new kind that slide in and out-designed to fill tubes and not a rolling machine.
• Place your herbs in the machines chamber and pack away.
• Cut off filters when finished-or you can leave them on and keep one or two stealthily in a pack of smokes for convenient lunch break burning.
