How to set the animated gifs as a wallpaper on your computer:

Click on the link under the picture.
The animated wallpaper will be opened in a new window
Go to File > Save as, and save the file on your PC.
Right click your desktop and click Properties. Then select the desktop-tab and click on the button browse then select the file as your wallpaper and select the tile option.
